Converse Men's Notes:

The Converse men's swim team is 6-1 overall on the season and 4-1 in Conference Carolinas action. The Valkyries have won five straight dual meets dating back to October 18^th.
Most recently the Valkyries finished third at the Centre College Midseason Invitational.
This will be the second meeting this season between Converse and Emmanuel. The Lions got the better of the Valkyries at their quad meet earlier this season, winning 179-83 against Converse.
Last time out, Henry Stockton the reigning Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Year, led the men's team with 101 points over the three day meet.
Stockton won the Valkyries' lone gold medal with a time of 1:39.74 in the 200 free finals. Stockton also claimed three of the Valkyries' four silver medals, hitting an NCAA DII B-Mark in the 1650 free (15:54.89).
James Owens claimed the other runner-up finish in the 400 medley event with a time of 4:03.47.
In the 200 free relay event the Valkyries team of Joey Lilley, Louis Milczynski, Daniel Merzthal and Stockton finished second. In the 400 free relay event team of Milczynski, Lilley, Keith Rogers and Stockton claimed second in the event.
The Valkyries 400 medley relay team of Lilley, Tyler Leal, Milczynski and Stockton finished third with a time of 3:24.08.

Converse Women's Notes:

The Women's Swim team is 2-8 overall and 2-5 in Conference Carolinas action this season.
Most recently the Valkyries finished seventh at the Centre College invitational.
This will be the program's second meeting this season with Emmanuel. Earlier, this year the Lions defeated the Valkyries 167-93 on October 18^th.
Kayla Smith led the Valkyries last time out with 93.5 points at the Midseason Invitational. Smith won the 100 free event with a time of 51.46 seconds, setting a new personal best and hitting a DII B mark in the process.
Alison Ludeman finished fifth in the 100 free with a season best time of 53.01 seconds. Maya Guevara finished second in the 100 fly event with a time of 57.76 seconds.
The Valkyries 200 free relay team finished seventh overall and the 200 medley relay team also finished seventh overall.
The 400 medley relay team finished sixth overall and the 400 free relay team finished eighth overall.
