Honors: 2026 First Team All-Conference (200 Medley Relay), 2025 Second Team All-Conference (200 Medley Relay), 2025 Third Team All-Conference (400 Medley Relay), Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month (December 2024), 2x Conference Carolinas Swimmer of the Week, 

2025-206 (Sophomore): Was once again a top-five seimmer for the Valkyries this past season, also ranked 29th in Conference Carolinas with 624.45 points...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, helped the 200 medley relay team to a first place finish...Individually, posted a personal best time of 57.58 seconds in the 100 breast event to finish sixth overall...Also, placed seventh in both the 200 breast and 100 fly events...At the midseason invite set personal best times in both the 200 breast and 200 IM events. 

2024-2025 (Freshman): Was a top-five swimmer for the Valkyries swim team this past season, also ranked 37th in Conference Carolinas with 618.30 points...Competed in eight meets this season for Converse...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, helped the 200 medley relay team to a second place finish and helped the 400 medley relay team to a third place finish...Individually, finished seventh in the 100 fly event and ninth in the 200 breast event...At the Centre Midseason Invitational, helped the 400 medley relay team to a sixth place finish...Individually, Leal finished 15th in the 100 fly event, 16th in the 100 breast event, and 22nd in the 200 breast event...Won his first collegiate event against Lenoir-Rhyne (11/12/2024) in the 100 free (49.55 seconds).
