Marsha H. Gibbs Field House

Dedicated September 17, 2014, the Marsha H. Gibbs Field House is a state of the art facility that houses the athletic offices of Athletic Administration, Athletic Communications, and coaching staff for Field Hockey, Women's Golf, Women's Lacrosse, Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer, and Men's and Women's Swimming programs.  This facility is equipped with a fully furnished weight room, five locker rooms, mobile athletic training room, and the golf practice facility.  The Marsha H. Gibbs Field House features a press box for Field Hockey, Soccer, and Lacrosse matches as well as a terrace overlooking the Hayden Abney Fulp Field.

Weisiger Center / Tom and Tracy Hannah Gym 

Dedicated September 18, 2001, the Sally Abney Rose Complex is the home for Converse Acrobatics and Tumbling, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Women's Volleyball. The Weisiger Center houses the athletic offices for the Director of Compliance, Athletic Training, and coaching staff for Basketball, Cross Country, Tennis, Track and Field, and Volleyball programs. The facility has two gyms and six tennis courts with a hard-court surface.

Sally Abney Rose Complex
Dedicated September 18, 2001, the Sally Abney Rose Complex is the home for Converse Acrobatics and Tumbling, Men's and Women's Basketball, and Women's Volleyball. Hayden Abney Fulp Field at Weisiger Stadium

Hayden Abney Fulp Field is the home for Valkyrie Field Hockey, Lacrosse, and Soccer programs.  Fulp Field received an upgrade in the summer of 2014 displaying a brand new scoreboard.  In 2014, Fulp Field was the site of the Conference Carolinas Soccer Final Four. In 2021, the grass field was upgraded to a turf field, and the scoreboard was refurbished. 

Montgomery Student Center

The Montgomery Student Center houses the Valkyrie Swimming program with a 25 yard, six-lane pool.  The facility was used in the 1990's in the film, Sleeping with the Enemy, featuring Julia Roberts.

Tyger River Stadium

Tyger River Stadium is home to the Converse University softball team. Located in Duncan, S.C. the facility is less than 30-minutes away from campus. 

Milliken Research Park 

Millkien Research Park is less than 10-minutes away from campus and is the site for all Converse Cross Country races. The Facility hosted the 2021 NCAA Southeast Regionals in both Division II and Division III. In 2022 the facility will host the Conference Carolinas Championships.

Thanks to the generosity of the Kent family and our dedicated supporters, Converse golfers have access to unparalleled training facilities. Our Kent Wool Golf Training Facility boasts cutting-edge technology including Sam Putt Lab, Flightscope, Swing Catalyst, and an indoor simulator with 104 iconic courses. Combined with our outdoor short-game area, including a putting green, chipping area, and bunkers, Valkyrie golfers never have to leave campus to improve their game.
