CLEVELAND, TENN. – The Converse University track & field team had an outstanding two day meet at the Lee University Fast Break Athletics Invite.

Eseose Okoduwa won the women's 100 meter dash with a time of 11.94 seconds, while freshman Kamille Cunningham set a new personal record and finished second in the 100 meter dash with a time of 12.12 seconds.

Bella Martin won the hammer throw event and set a new personal record with a mark of 49.49 meters. The women's 4x100 relay team finished first with a time of 47.81 seconds.

On the men's side Devron Davis finished second in the 100 meter dash event with a time of 10.59 seconds. While Omarion Belton set a new personal record and finished second in the triple jump, with a leap of 13.26 meters.
Women's Notes:

• Eseose Okoduwa finished first in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.94 seconds.
• Bella Martin won the hammer throw with a mark of 49.49 meters. Martin set a new personal best in the hammer throw and finished 12^th in the Discus Throw (35.43 meters). After today, Martin ranks fourth in the Conference and fifth in the region in the hammer throw event.
• Martin, also finished 12^th in the women's shot put event with a throw of 10.78 meters. The sophomore's throw ranks fifth in the Conference and 19^th in the Southeast Region.    
• The women's 4x100 relay team finished first with a time of 47.81 seconds. The winning relay team was comprised of Griffin, Cunningham, Bethle and Okoduwa. The relay team is ranked fourth in the conference and seventh in the Southeast Region.
• Kamille Cunningham finished second in the 100-meter dash and set a new personal record with a time of 12.12 seconds. Cunningham's time currently ranks eighth in Conference Carolinas and 15^th in the Southeast Region.
• In the field, Cunningham finished fourth overall in the high jump event with a leap of 1.60 meters.
• D'Asia Thomas finished third in the 100-meter hurdles event with a time of 15.64 seconds.
• Jermyra Bethel finished fourth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 58.05 second, and finished 10^th in the 200-meter dash with a time of 25.93 seconds.
• The Valkyries also found success in the triple jump, as Mackenzie Whiteside placed fifth in the event with a leap of 10.84 meters,
• Anne van den Broek set a pair of personal records in both the 800 meter and in the 1500 meter events. In the 1500 meter event, van den Broek finished sixth overall with a time of 4:46.25, and in the 800 meter event, the senior finished 13^th overall with a time of 2:17.54 seconds. Van den Broek's 800 meter time currently leads all of Conference Carolinas and is 10^th in the Southeast Region. The senior's 1500-meter time is currently second best in the conference and 12^th in the region.   
• Phoebe Myers placed eighth in the high jump event with a leap of 1.55 meters.
• Froukje Mons continued her success in the 3,000 meter steeplechase with an eighth place finish in the event (11:51.68).
• Quiana Suber finished ninth in the 400-meter dash with a time of 59.36 seconds. Suber's 400-meter dash time currently ranks ninth in Conference Carolinas and 23^rd in the Southeast Region.
• Lauren Beatty and Ashley Sosa both competed in the 5,000 meter event, with Beatty posting an 11^th place finish (17:35.49), and Sosa posted a 17^th place finish (17:47.04).
• Mackenzie Weatherford set a new personal record in the hammer event, with a throw of 40.01 meters. Weatherford's throw ranks 10^th in the Conference and 16^th in the Southeast Region.
• Kamille Dixon and Paisley Stepp both posted personal bests in the 800 meter event with times of 2:23.75 and 2:30.75 respectively. Dixon's time ranks eighth in Conference Carolinas and Stepp's ranks 17^th.
• Ruth Spijker currently leads the Conference in the 1500 meter event with a time of 4:44.04 and is second in the 800 meter event with a time of 2:18.26.
• Concluding the 800-meter event, Bayley Robinson posted a time of 2:23.85 which ranks ninth in the Conference Carolinas standings.

Men's Notes:

• Devron Davis finished second in the 100-meter dash event with a time of 10.59 seconds. In the 200-meter dash, Davis placed seventh overall with a time of 21.85 seconds. Davis' 100-meter dash time is currently fourth in Conference Carolinas and tied for eighth in the region. The freshman's 200-meter dash time is ranked seventh in the conference.
• Omarion Belton set a new personal record and finished second in the triple jump event with a leap of 13.26 meters.
• The men's 4x100 relay team finished third overall with a time of 41.66 seconds. The relay team is comprised of Bomar, Davis, Glenn and Gilmore. The relay teams time ranks second in the conference and sixth in the region. School Record
• Dorian Bomar placed fifth in the 100-meter dash event with a time of 10.66 seconds. Bomar's 100-meter dash time ranks fifth in the conference and 13^th in the region.
• Elijah Hall finished fifth overall in the Long Jump event with a leap of 6.21 meters.  
• Isaac Gilmore placed sixth and set a new personal record in the 400-meter event with a time of 49.19 seconds. Gilmore finished ninth in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.09 seconds. Gilmore's 400-meter dash time is the seventh fastest in the conference and 17^th in the region. School record
• In the 5000-meter event, Alex Sosa finished 33^rd overall and set a new personal best with a time of 15:13.94 seconds. Sosa's time ranks seventh in the conference.  
• In the 800-meter event, Nathan Lucy set a new personal best with a time of 2:01.02. Zackery Carver hit a season best time with a 2:03.31 mark in the event.
