The Series
This will be the first ever meeting between Converse and Anderson University. 
 
Converse Notes

• Converse is 2-2 this season and is coming off a 12-10 win over Davis & Elkins on Sunday afternoon.
• Brenna Everette and Hailey Obenchain led the offensive charge on Sunday afternoon. Both players scored five goals in the win, while Obenchain added a pair of assists for the Valkyries.
• Converse is averaging 10.75 goals per game this season, 5.0 assists per game, 29.0 shots per game and 23.0 shots on goal per game this year.
• The Valkyries have scored on seven free position goals this season, have recorded 79 ground balls, forced 47 turnovers, won 61 draw controls and have posted a .783 clear percentage.
• Obenchain leads the team and is currently third in the nation in assists (13) and leads the team in total points (19). Everette leads the team in goals scored (13), total shots (29) and shots on goal (25). Schaeffer is second on the team with 7 goals and Cassidy O'Neill is third on the team with 6 goals on the season.
• Collins leads the team in goalie minutes played (229), goals against average (12.29), saves (43) and save percentage (.478). Collins' 43 saves currently rank fifth nationally.

 
Anderson Notes

• In their first season as a lacrosse program the Trojans are 3-2 overall and 2-1 against Conference Carolinas opponents.
• Anderson is coming off a 15-13 loss to North Greenville on Monday evening. Hannah Thomas led the Trojans offense with 5 goals, while Gwen Ontiveros and Alicia Cannon each recorded a hat trick.
• The Trojans are averaging 16.80 goals per game, 4.8 assists per game, 35.0 shots per game and 27.6 shots on goal per game.
• Anderson has scored 32 free position goals this season, recorded 51 ground balls, forced 44 turnovers, won 80 draw controls and boast a 93 percent clear percentage.
• Hannah Thomas leads the team in goals (28), points (29), total shots (57) and shots on goal (46). Alicia Cannon is second on the team with 17 goals, Gwen Ontiveros is third on the team with 13 goals and Cassidy Jones is fourth on the team with 10 goals.
• Kora Turner has started every game in goal for the Trojans this season and leads in goalie minutes played (205:35), goals against average (10.51) and saves (25).
