The Series
This will be the fourth all-time meeting between Converse and Coker dating back to the 2017 season. The Cobras are 3-0 all-time against the Valkyries, but Converse will look to change that on Saturday afternoon. It's been two seasons since these two teams last met as the Cobras came with a 20-8 home win over the Valkyries. This will be Coker's first trip back to Spartanburg since the 2017 season.
Converse Notes
- Converse is 0-1 this season and is coming off a 19-5 loss to Mars Hill on Saturday afternoon. Cassidy O'Neill and Ryleigh Schaeffer each scored a pair of goals in the loss, while Brenna Everette contributed a goal late in the contest. Hailey Obenchain led the offense with a trio of assists on the afternoon. Reagan Collins led the Valkyries defense with six saves on the afternoon.
