The Series:
This will be the 16^th all-time meeting between Converse and Belmont Abbey dating back to the Valkyries first season in 2009. The Crusaders are 15-0 all-time against the Valkyries and 6-0 in games played in Spartanburg. Last season, Belmont Abbey defeated Converse 26-0 behind a nine goal performance from Kylie Eastman.   
 
Converse Notes:

• The Valkyries are 0-6 overall this season and 0-1 in Conference Carolinas play. Converse is coming off a 23-5 loss to Tusculum last Tuesday evening. 
• Brenna Everette led the team with a hat-trick and Cassidy O'Neill scored her 20^th goal of the season in the loss.
• Converse is averaging 10.6 goals per game and 25.6 shots per game this season. The Valkyries have recorded 88 total ground balls, 39 caused turnovers, 74 draw control wins and have a 61 percent clear rate on the season.
• O'Neill leads the Valkyries offense with 20 goals scored this season, Brenna Everette is second on the team with 16 goals and Stevens is third on the team with 10 goals scored. Stevens leads the team with 12 assists and 22 points, while Everette leads the team in draw control wins with 29.
• Ciriaca Petitto leads the team in ground balls (27) and caused turnovers (10). Petitto also leads the conference in ground balls per game (4.5). Madalynn Brunner has started all six games in goal for the Valkyries this season, Brunner has made 67 saves on 204 shots faced.

Belmont Abbey Notes:

• Belmont Abbey is 3-5 overall and 1-1 in Conference Carolinas action this season. The Crusaders have lost two straight matches and they are currently 1-2 in road games this year.
• The Crusaders are coming off a 16-9 loss to Mount Olive who sits atop the Conference Carolinas standings.
• Belmont Abbey is averaging 13.3 goals per game and 29.25 shots per game this season. The Crusaders have recorded 122 ground balls, forced 50 turnovers, won 112 draw controls and have a 79 percent clear percentage on the year.
• Five Crusaders have scored double-digit goals this season, Riley D'Andrea (28 goals), Olivia Carlino (17 goals), Christina Fabrizio (12 goals), Emma Pherson (11 goals) and Mackenzie Kaderabek (11 goals).
