The Series:
This will be the first ever meeting between Converse and Edward Waters.
 
Converse Notes:

• The Valkyries are 0-8 this season after losing four straight in the Columbus State Tournament. On Friday of the tournament, Converse was defeated by Montevallo 11-3 and Coker 10-2. On Saturday, the Valkyries held close to the Montevallo Falcons, only dropping the contest 3-2 and 6-1 to Union.
• Brooklyn McElrath leads the team in at-bats with 22, recording six hits, three runs, two doubles and two RBI's. Maggie Griffis follows her with 20 at-bats, five hits and three RBI's. Abbigale Outlaw also has 20 at-bats with five hits, one run and one RBI.
• Serrah Ballard leads Converse in pitching with 20 innings pitched, recording 10 strikeouts. Reagan Owens follows her with 11.2 innings pitched and 12 strikeouts.

Edward Water Notes:

• The Tigers are 5-1 this season after winning two games against Florida Memorial on February 12 by scores of 10-1 and 19-1.
• In game one, freshman Kylah Gardner hit her first career homerun, and Milani Sablan picked up another win in the circle, remaining undefeated on the season.
• In game two, Jazmin Lamug recoded three runs for the Tigers while Gracie Mejia picked up the win on the mound after pitching five innings, allowing just one run with two strikeouts.
