LOUISVILLE, Ky. – With the conclusion of the 2026 NCAA softball season in June, the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) announced their list of 2026 Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes. Eleven members of the 2026 Converse softball team were recognized with the honor: sophomore Addie Branen, freshman Alexis Felker, freshman Tashi Fife, freshman Paige Fleming, senior Jaydin Gentile ('26), senior Karlie Gibson ('26), freshman Tyler Karabach, graduate student Megan Monk ('26), freshman Gracee Stucki, sophomore Charley Swartzel and junior Ava Wells.

To be eligible for the award, a student-athlete must achieve a 3.5 or higher cumulative GPA for the 2025-26 academic year.

Branen, a biochemistry major from Moscow, Idaho, appeared in 38 games for the Valkyries this season, making 17 starts. She posted a .256 batting average while scoring 12 runs.

Felker, a business administration major from Oviedo, Florida, appeared in 52 games this season, making 42 starts. She posted a .293 batting average and launched five long bombs. She drove in 27 runs, the second-most of any Valkyrie this season, and scored nine.

Fife, a music therapy major from Peachtree City, Georgia, made 34 appearances in the circle for the Valkyries, accumulating 96 ? innings pitched. She won her first career game on March 1 at Coker.

Fleming, a business administration major from Kings Mountain, North Carolina, appeared in 21 games and made five starts. She notched her first career hit in her first career appearance against Mars Hill on Feb. 8.

Gentile, an English and Hispanic Studies major from Melbourne, Florida, appeared in 33 games during her senior season, making 25 starts. Over four years with the Valkyries, she recorded a career .224 batting average and 15 RBIs in 114 career games.

Gibson, a marketing major from Bardwell, Kentucky, appeared in 45 games this season, making 23 starts. She posted a career-high .265 batting average and drove in 17 runs. With 11 walks and one hit-by-pitch, Gibson recorded a .351 on-base percentage this season.

Karabach, a communications and media studies major from Bothell, Washington, appeared in 52 games and made 51 starts. She led the Valkyries with a .370 batting average and 33 runs scored. Among qualified batters, Karabach also led the Valkyries with a .408 on-base percentage.

Monk, a professional leadership master's student from Tallahassee, Florida, appeared in 49 games this season, making 43 starts. She hit .214 with 10 RBIs and 18 runs scored.

Stucki, an interior design major from St. George, Utah, was the Valkyries' ace in 2026, making 44 appearances and tossing 195 ? innings, both program single-season records. She recorded 132 strikeouts, tied for the third-most in a single season in program history.

Swartzel, an elementary education major from Simpsonville, South Carolina, is the lone Valkyrie to earn both NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete and CSC Academic All-District honors. She appeared in 51 games this season, making 21 starts and posting a .239 batting average.

Wells, a biochemistry major from Lithia, Florida, appeared in 20 games this season and made eight starts. She drove in a trio of runs with a .238 slugging percentage.
