GAFFNEY, S.C.- The Converse tennis team was swept by rival Limestone in a Conference Carolinas match on the road on Wednesday afternoon.

Alex Schlesener and Samantha Sheffield put up a good fight at the number two doubles but came up short falling 8-5.

The Valkyries return home on Sunday, April 10 against Conference Carolinas foe Lees-McRae.  This match will be senior day for: Samantha Sheffield, Klaire Rouse, Taylor Littlejohn-Barr, and Margaret Pridmore.
