INDIANAPOLIS – For the second consecutive year, the Converse University track & field teams will be represented at the NCAA Division II Outdoor National Championships as six Valkyries across both programs made the cut. The men's team will be represented by four athletes: junior
Dorian Bomar, senior
Devron Davis, sophomore
Xavier Dixon and senior
Isaac Gilmore. The women's team will be represented by two athletes, freshman
Grace Davis and junior
Kamille Cunningham. The meet, being held in Emporia, Kansas, will be contested later this month on Thursday, May 21, through Saturday, May 23.
All four men will compete together in the 4x100-meter relay. Devron Davis, the 2026 Conference Carolinas Indoor and Outdoor Track Athlete of the Year, will also compete in the 100-meter dash and the 200 meters. Grace Davis, the 2026 indoor 60-meter-dash national champion, will compete in the 100-meter dash in Emporia. Cunningham, the 2026 Conference Carolinas silver medalist in the high jump, will compete in the same event at nationals.
