Men’s Tennis Prepares for Bobcats

Converse Notes:

Converse enters the match after most recently dropping an exhibition match to Division I Wofford last Saturday, Feb. 8.
Last season, the Valkyries took the three odd-numbered singles courts against GCSU. Now-juniors Stanley Waters and Marty Letessier, as well as now-sophomore Manuel Roncero, took the victories at Nos. 1, 3 and 5 singles respectively.
Senior Leopold Morel is the first Valkyrie to two singles dual wins this season, claiming victories at No. 3 and No. 5 singles.
Letessier and Morel have been the team's most successful doubles pairing with a 2-1 record, playing all three matches at No. 1 doubles.

Georgia College Notes:

The Bobcats enter Saturday's match most recently defeating Emmanuel by a score of 5-2 at home on Friday, Feb. 7.
Georgia College is 2-0 on three singles courts this season: one, three and five. Junior Case Martin is the lone Bobcat to be 2-0 in dual-match singles with both victories coming at No. 1 singles.
Chase and junior Rodrigo Pérez Crespo are the first Bobcat pairing to reach two doubles wins, with both victories coming at No. 1 doubles.
Junior Luka Sauer Jimenez is also 2-0 in dual-match doubles play but has switched partners.
