Spartanburg S.C.- On Saturday the 6th Converse traveled to Hickory N.C. for day Two of the Trimeet with Lenoir-Rhyne and Wheeling.
With a Trimeet it gets scored as a double-dual meet, meaning that all three teams compete in the event, then the results are pulled into the system and scored as separate meets as if the teams were competing head to head. So the results of a single event are scored like a normal dual meet (9/4/3/2/1 points by place with a max of three scorers per team) in three separate and simultaneous meets: Converse swimmers vs. Lenoir-Rhyne swimmers, Converse vs. Wheeling, and Lenoir-Rhyne vs. Wheeling. So teams will either go 2-0, 1-1, or 0-2 in a single day, as each is treated as a separate meet in the record book.

Coach
Logan Simpson had this to say "When we scheduled back-to-back meets against strong opponents, the purpose was to challenge our swimmers to come off an exciting night on Friday and compete with energy and strong execution on Saturday -- that's exactly what our team did today.
The women's team followed up two big wins on Friday with two more on Saturday, while the men grabbed the second win in program history. We're locked in and looking ready for championship season."
