SPARTANBURG, S.C. – Reigning Conference Carolinas men's soccer Coach of the Year
Rob Miller announced the upcoming 2023 Converse men's soccer schedule.
Reigning Conference Carolinas Offensive Player of the Year
Hayden Gensler (Cleveland, Ga.) returns to the pitch for the Valkyries. In his award-winning 2022 campaign, Gensler was tied for the second most points by a Conference Carolinas player with 22, splitting those points between 10 goals and two assists. Including Gensler, five out of the Valkyries' 10 2022 all-conference selections return for the 2023 season.
"We are really looking forward to the upcoming season," said Miller, " looking to repeat the success of the 2022 season." We will have several new additions with the graduation of some of last season's top players. We hope to use the momentum from last year to continue winning games and focus on reaching the championship again"
