SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Converse University equestrian team finished fifth this past weekend at the Converse University/University of South Carolina show.
On Saturday,
Halle Aho won the Limit Flat event and qualified for regionals.
Nora Warren finished second in the PreNovice Flat event and
Shannon Goldy placed second in the Limit Fences event.
Anna Mallen placed third in the Novice Flat event and Goldy, also placed third in the Limit Flat event.
On Sunday,
Lani Pardue finished second in the Intermediate Fences event and Goldy finished third in the Limit Fences event.
Sarah Lawler won the PreNovice Flat event and
Bailey Smith finished third in the same event.
Anna Mallen finished fourth in the Novice Flat event and qualified for regionals.
The Converse Equestrian Team will be back in action next month at the College of Charleston/Wofford Show in Aiken, S.C.
