Cross Country Prepares For Conference Carolinas Championship

The Race:
Men's 8K & Women's 6K
Time: Men 3 P.M. | Women 4 P.M. | Awards to Follow 4 P.M. Race
Location: Ivey Redmon Sports Complex | Kernersville, N.C.

Men's Notes:

Sophomore Alex Porter has finished first for the Valkyries in two of the team's three races this season.
Fellow sophomore Ander Vera Moleres won the Converse Kick-Off back in September.
The Valkyries will run just their second 8K of the season on Friday.

Women's Notes:

Freshman Evie De Roos has anchored the team in every race this season, finished first amongst the Valkyries all three times.
Junior Paisley Stepp was the team's next-best finisher at the Louisville Classic with a time of 25:07.9 in the 6K.
The women will compete in their third 6K of the season on Friday.
