Honors: 2024 Second Team All-Conference

2024: Helped the Valkyries to a Runner-Up Finish at the Conference Carolinas Championship...Finished 10th at the Young Harris Opener and set a new 4K PR with a time of 16:34.5...Finished 62nd at the Converse Kick-Off (24:37.5)...Finished 14th at the Sand Shark Invitational and set a new 5K PR with a time of 19:20.5...Finished 14th in the Conference Carolinas Championships and set a new 6K PR with a time of 23:39.4...Finished 69th at the NCAA Southeast Regional with a time of 24:09.9. 

2023: 5k Times- 21:01 (USC Upstate Eye Opener), 20:45 (Live in Lou Classic), 20:21 (Royals Challenge)...6k Times- 25:42 (Converse Kick-Off), 24:36 (Conference Carolinas Championship)

Prep: Competed on the winter and spring track teams, as well as the cross country and soccer teams at West Henderson high school...Is the 1,000 meter record holder in indoor track with a time of 3:28....competed in the 4x200, 4x400 and 4x800 relay teams....helped the 4x800 relay team win the 3A State Championship during the spring track season...Competed in the 2022 3A State Cross Country Championships....helped the soccer team as an all-time defender advance to the quarter-finals of the soccer playoffs....Finished third overall at the conference cross country meet, 11th in the regional meet, placed on the All-County team from 2020-2022...Helped the cross country team to a regional championship and a runner-up finish at the state meet...Named to the All-County and All-Region soccer teams from 2020-2022....was the WNC Sports Award Banquet representative from 2020-2022...played club for HFC, Furman and CFC...Outside of athletics, was the leader for the Science Olympiad Team....The team finished 8th in the North Carolina state competition for science Olympiad (fossils) and finished second in the regional science Olympiad (fossils)....Was the AP Capstone Scholar for the class of 2023 and a member of National Honor Society.
