BROCKPORT, N.Y. – The National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) announced their yearly watch list on Thursday afternoon, Converse University senior forward
Catalina Pistaccio (Buenos Aires, Argentina) was named to the list.
This is the third consecutive season in which Pistaccio has been named to the NFHCA Watchlist. A two-time All-American at Converse, Pistaccio played and started in all 18 games a season ago for the Valkyries. The senior tallied 960 minutes of action, led the team in goals (11), assists (8), points (30), total shots (66) and shots on goal (34).
Last season, Pistaccio was also named NFHCA National Offensive Player of the Week, Synapse.com National Honor Roll, SAC Offensive Player of Week, SAC First Team All-Conference and was named to the NFHCA National Academic Squad.
