ROCK HILL, S.C.  – The South Atlantic Conference office announced its annual Field Hockey All-Conference teams and major award winners. Converse University had four athletes named to this year's teams.
 
For the second straight season, Amparo Figueroa (Santa Rosa, Argentina) was named to the All-Conference First Team. Figueroa led the team with 30 points, 12 goals, 76 total shots, 47 shots on goal and three game-winning goals. Figueroa was also second on the team with six assists on the season.
 
Chelsy Bunse (Oberhausen, Germany) was named to the All-Conference First Team for the first time in her career. This past season, Bunse started every game for the Valkyries, finishing with one goal, three assists and five points. Last season, Bunse was named to the All-Conference Second team.
 
Kilee Bradeen (Bradley, Maine) was named to the All-Conference Second Team for the first time in her career. Bradeen finished with 25 points, 9 goals, 7 assists, 27 total shots, 19 shots on goal and two game-winning goals.
 
Sage Pilarski (Macungie, Pa.) was named to the All-Conference Second Team for the first time in her career. Pilarski started all 17 games this season and finished with two goals, two assists, six points, three total shots and two shots on goal.
