Box Score FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The Converse University men's soccer team picked up a road win on Saturday afternoon against Emmanuel. The 3-1 victory moves the Valkyries to 4-1-1 overall and 2-0 in Conference Carolinas play while the Lions fall to 1-5 overall and 1-3 in Conference Carolinas play.
The first half secured the game for Converse as they outshot Emmanuel 9-2 with three shots being goals for the Valkyries. One of the two shots that were attempted in the first half for the Lions was a goal.
In the second half, Converse got five shots off, one being on goal while Emmanuel only got four shots off. Valkyries keeper
