This will be just the second time that the Valkyries and Flying Fleet have seen each other. In last season's matchup, Converse won, 2-1, to pick up their first Conference Carolinas win in program history.
Converse Notes:
- Converse is 9-1-2 overall and 7-0-1 in Conference Carolinas play after drawing at Chowan on Saturday afternoon.
- In the 2-2 tie, Ricky Cardozo led the team in shots with three while Sergi Quixal and Hayden Gensler each had a goal. In the end, David Windmiller recorded five saves.
- Overall, Quixal leads Converse with five goals, six assists, 16 points and 18 shots. Gensler follows with six goals, one assist, 13 points and 23 shots.
- In net, Windmiller leads the Valkyries with 33 saves on the year with a .786 save percentage.
Erskine Notes:
- Erskine is 1-10-1 overall and 1-6-1 in Conference Carolinas action after dropping a road contest to Southern Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon.
- In the 4-0 loss, Benjamin Martinez led the Flying Fleet with six shots and two shots on goal. Alex Lopez and Andres Rojas followed with four shots each while Lopez had three on goal and Rojas had two.
- Overall, Martinez leads Erskine with four goals, one assist, nine points and 17 shots. Lopez follows with one goal, one assist, three points and 15 shots.
- Evan Zizek has seen the most time in the goal for the Fleet with 58 saves on the year and a .682 save percentage.
