The Series
Converse University and King will be meeting for the first time in program history on Tuesday night in Spartanburg. Both programs will be looking to end lengthy in conference losing streaks.    
 
Converse Notes:

• The Valkyries are 3-7-1 this season and 1-5-0 in Conference Carolinas play.
• Converse is coming off a 3-1 loss to Southern Wesleyan on Saturday afternoon. 
• The Valkyries are averaging 1.82 goals per game and 15.0 shots per contest.
• Conference Carolinas Freshman of the Month Hayden Gensler has been a spark coming off the bench all season and he leads the team in goals scored (5) and points (11).
• Tim Boeckstaens and Fabio Pasini are tied for second on the team in goals scored (4) and points (8).
• David Windmiller has played every minute in goal for the Valkyries this season and has recorded 40 saves on 132 shots faced.

 
King Notes:

• King is 2-5-1 overall this season and 0-5-0 in Conference Carolinas action.
• The Tornado are currently riding a four-game losing streak heading into Tuesday night's match. King is coming off a 4-1 loss to Southern Wesleyan last Wednesday evening.
• The last time King traveled away from Bristol, they lost 3-0 to Barton on October 3^rd.
• King is averaging 0.88 goals per game and is taking just over 10 shots per contest.
• Ben Delisle leads the team in assists (3), points (5), total shots (30) and shots on goal (20). Mate Lengyel leads the team with a pair of goals this season.
• Three different goalies have taken turns in net for the Tornado this season. Dalton Gammon has had the most playing time with four starts under his belt. The trio of goalies have combined for 38 saves on 124 shots faced.
