GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Conference Carolinas office announced their weekly swimmer of the week awards on Wednesday, Converse University women's swimmer
Alison Ludeman earned the honor following a successful week in the pool.
Ludeman helped the Valkyries to a 120-83 victory over Lenoir-Rhyne on Friday afternoon with a pair of individual wins and a relay win. Individually, the freshman, won the 200-meter freestyle event with a time of 1:58.33. Ludeman also won the 100-meter freestyle event with a time of 54.72 seconds. The freshman then swam leadoff for the Valkyries in the 400-freestyle relay and helped Converse to an event win with a time of 3:45.82.
Ludeman and the rest of the Valkyries swim team will be back in action at the Centre College mid-season invite November 22
