DANVILLE, KY. – The Converse University swim teams had an action pack weekend that saw them battle three teams between Friday and Saturday afternoon.

"We had a great weekend," Converse University head swim coach Mike Simpson said. "Many lifetime best times. We raced incredibly well over the course of the three meets. We were excited to suit up for the first time this season, and see where we were. First meets of the fall we thought they were training better than meets indicated, but we put it together for three meets in a tough format. The women's team had a great weekend, and raced really well. The men were down a few key guys, but stuck together and found a way to swim tough. This sets us up really well for the VMI Invite in two weeks."
