This will be the second meet between Converse and Chowan and the third matchup between the Valkyries and the Bearcats. Converse holds a 1-0 series lead of Chowan, winning the 2022 meet 267.260-100.875. The Valkyries are 2-0 against the Bearcats, most recently winning the 2022 meet 259.835-247.155.

- Converse is 0-2 overall and 0-2 in Conference Carolinas action after most recently falling 266.060-247.405 to Limestone University on Friday, February 24.
- In the loss, the Valkyries outscored the Saints in the synchronized pyramid heat with a score of 9.45/10 compared to the Saints 9.4/10.
- Converse also outscored Limestone in the trio tumbling pass, boasting an 8.3/9.1 compared to the Saints 7.95/9.1.
- During their first meet of the season against Belmont Abbey, Chloe Clealnd, Krissa Gaines and Ceanna Brown led the Valkyries against the Crusaders. Cleland competed in 13 heats, helping Converse outscore Belmont Abbey in compulsory pyramid, compulsory toss and synchronized toss.
- Gaines scored a 9.75/9.9 in her aerial tumbling pass while Brown posted a 9.65/10 in her 6-element tumbling pass.
Chowan Notes:
- Chowan is 0-2 overall and 0-2 in Conference Carolinas meets after falling 266.315-64.725 to Limestone on Saturday, February 18.
- The Hawks also fell to Emmanuel in their first meet of the season 203.205-67.750.
- Chowan is under the leadership of first-year coach Madison Kruse.
Lander Notes:
- Lander is 3-0 overall and 2-0 in Conference Carolinas standings after picking up a 255.195-247.700 win over No. 14 Presbyterian on Thursday, February 23.
- The Bearcats scored nines or higher in three out of the four compulsory heats and scored a 9.55/10 in the 7-element acro heat. The tumbling heat was highlighted by a 9.5/9.8 in the 6-element pass and Lander rounded out the meet with an 86.92/100.53 in the team event.
- Lander stunned No. 11 King 258.970-249.765 in their second meet of the season and also defeated Mars Hill 238.390-231.415 in their season opener.
- Last season, Sarah Calk and Rosemary Sponable earned All-Conference honors and the Bearcats made it all the way to the NCATA Event Finals in the 5 and 7-element acro heats, inversion and open pyramids and the duo tumbling pass.
