Time: 9:00 a.m. – Men's Championship; 10:00 a.m. – Women's Championship
Teams Competing: Barton, Belmont Abbey, Chowan, Emmanuel, Erskine, Francis Marion, King, Lees-McRae, Mount Olive, North Greenville, Southern Wesleyan, UNC Pembroke, Young Harrison.

This will be the fifth race of the season for the women. This will be their second 6k race of the year for them and their second time running at McAlpine Park.

In their last race, Converse placed 1st through 6th with the top runner being Lauren Beatty with a time of 18:50 followed by Ruth Spijker, Ashley Sosa (PR), Kamille Dixon (PR), Froukje Mons (PR), Anne van den Broek (PR), Paisley Stepp, and Bayley Robinson.

The Converse women are sitting at No. 6 in the USTFCCCA Southeast Region ranking.

Last season, the women placed second in the conference with an average time of 23:53, a new program record.

In their last race, Alex Sosa led the group finishing 53rd with a time of 25:56, a new personal record. He was followed by Jaxon Wright, Dre'Quan Guyton, and Spenser Kirby. All three of them either ran a course or overall personal record as well.

Last season Luis Rios Brena earned a spot on the Second Team All-Conference.
