SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Converse University women's soccer team was defeated by Belmont Abbey on Wednesday afternoon by a score of 4-0. The Valkyries fall to 2-7 overall and 0-5 n Conference Carolinas play while the Crusaders move to 4-3-2 overall and 3-1-1 in conference action.
 
Converse got one shot off in each half, one from Raegan Cash and the other from Skylar Lund. Daelynn Perry ended the night with eight saves in the net.
