Before Converse: Makes her way to the Hub City from Pensacola State College in Pensacola, Florida. In 54 games with the Pirates, Willis posted a .281 batting average and a .333 on-base percentage. The outfielder from Pace, Florida will also make an impact on the Valkyries' defensive efforts as she posted a career .949 fielding percentage during her stint in Pensacola, including a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage during her freshman season. Before arriving in Pensacola, Willis was a standout for Pace High School where she was a four-year letter winner. During her senior season, she posted a .400 batting average and a .500 on-base percentage. She helped lead the team to back-to-back district and regional championships in 2021 and 2022. She earned first team honors at both the all-area and all-state levels following her 2022 campaign.
