The Series:
This will be the sixth all-time meeting between Converse and Augusta dating back to the 2009 season. The Jags are 5-0 all-time against the Valkyries and 1-0 inside Christenberry Field House. Augusta won the last meeting 3-1 over Converse during the 2021 volleyball season.    
 
Converse Notes:

• The Converse volleyball team is 7-4 overall this season and 3-2 in Conference Carolinas action. The Valkyries went 2-0 this past weekend with wins over King and Lees-McRae.  
• The Valkyries currently leads the Conference in assists per set (11.71) and kills per set (12.71). Converse also ranks second in hitting percentage (.208) and aces per set (2.02).
• Alayah Robertson leads the conference in hitting percentage (.438), while Noemia Chiacchio is second in the conference in both digs per set (5.00) and total digs (205).
• As a team the Valkyries are averaging 12.7 kills per set, 11.7 assists per set, 2.0 service aces per set, 15.3 digs per set and 1.6 blocks per set.
• Alayah Robertson leads the team with 108 kills, Ariel Bryant is second on the team with 104 kills and Bree Lyons is third on the team with 86 kills.
• Alysha Arroyo leads the team with 314 assists and Chiacchio leads the team with 18 service aces.
• Lilli Redifer is second on the team with 99 digs, Robertson leads the team with 33 total blocks and Ariana Bryant is second on the team with 22 blocks.

 
Augusta Notes:

• Augusta is 10-2 overall this season and 2-0 in Peach Belt Conference play. The Jags are 2-0 at home this season and they are currently on a five match winning streak.
• The Jags are coming off a 3-1 win over Georgia College on Saturday afternoon. Augusta is currently 4-0 against programs from Conference Carolinas.
• Augusta is averaging 13.6 kills per set, 12.6 assists per set, 1.8 aces per set, 19.5 digs per set and 1.8 blocks per set.
• Layne Witherspoon leads the team with 153 kills, Mia Saavedra is second on the team with 129 kills and Lauren Nelson is third on the team with 125 kills.
• Sydney Harrington leads the team in both assists (436) and service aces (19). Giulia Rodrigues leads the team with 248 digs, Saavedra is second on the team with 135 digs and Hunter MacFarland is third on the team with 126 digs.
• Sofia Snitsarevych leads the team with 46 blocks, Witherspoon is second on the team with 25 blocks and Angela Mateos is third on the team with 19 blocks.
