Honors: 2025 Second Team All-Conference Carolinas, Conference Carolinas Player of the Week, First Team All-MACCC, 2x MACCC Player of the Week

2025 (Junior): Competed in 26 matches, making 21 starts for a total of 89 sets played for the Valkyries this season...Tallied a team high 276 kills, .175 hitting percentage, 9 assists, 34 service aces, 227 digs, 3 solo blocks, 14 block assists and 17 total blocks...had a team high seven double-doubles...Posted a season high 18 kills at UNC Pembroke (10/31/25) and had a season high 32 digs at North Greenville (10/28/25). Was named Conference Carolinas Player of the Week and earned All-Conference Second Team honors during her junior campaign.  

2023-2024 (Freshman & Sophomore Seasons): Played her first two collegiate seasons at Itawamba Community College...Set the programs All-Time Kills Leader with 488, 3.05 kills per set and 2.93 digs per set...was a two-time team captain.  

Prep: The captain of the volleyball team at Oxford High School, Lyons left as the school's All-Time Kill's Leader with 1,012...Lyons was a two-time All-State selection, a three-time All-Region selection and she was named the Oxford Eagle Player of the Year...Played club volleyball for the Southern Storm Volleyball Club.

Personal: Is the daughter of Donovan and Robyn Lyons...has two siblings named Hunter and Kaycee.
