The Series:  
This will be the 10th all-time meeting between Converse and Francis Marion dating back to the 2010 season. The Patriots hold an 8-1 record in the overall series and they have won the last two matchups. The Valkyries will be looking for their first ever win inside the Smith University Center on Friday night.
 
This will be the 22nd all-time meeting between Converse and Mount Olive dating back to the 2009 season. The Trojans hold a 17-4 record in the overall series and they have won the last three matchups. Converse will be looking for their first ever win inside Kornegay Arena on Saturday afternoon.
 
Converse Notes:
  • The Converse volleyball team is 5-1 overall this season and 1-0 in Conference Carolinas play.
  • The Valkyries are coming off a 3-0 win over North Greenville on Tuesday evening. Bree Lyons led the team with 12 kills, Alayah Robertson was second on the team with 11 kills and Ella Ruckman was third on the team with 10 kills.
  • Robertson led the team with five blocks, Alysha Arroyo led the team with 39 assists and Noemia Chiacchio finished with a team best 26 digs.
  • Converse is averaging 12.6 kills per set, 11.8 assists per set, 1.9 service aces per set, 15.8 digs per set and 1.6 blocks per set.
  • Robertson leads the team with 53 kills on the season, Lyons is second on the team with 52 kills and Samiya Bolton is third on the team with 48 kills. Alysha Arroyo has a team best 173 assists on the season.
  • Lyons leads the team with 12 service aces, while Chiacchio has a team best 114 digs and Lilli Redifer is second on the team with 48 digs. Robertson leads the team with 17 blocks and Ariana Bryant is second on the team with 13 blocks.
 
Francis Marion Notes:
  • Francis Marion is 2-6 overall and 1-0 in Conference Carolinas play this season. Most recently the Patriots defeated Barton 3-1 in their first Conference Carolinas match of the season.
  • Friday night will be the Patriots first home game of the season. Last season, Francis Marion went 8-4 in home matches.
  • Francis Marion is averaging 11.3 kills per set, 10.3 assists per set, 1.9 service aces per set, 16.5 digs per set and 1.6 blocks per set.
  • Madilyn Gartner leads the team with 94 kills, Allison Miller is second on the team with 78 kills and Caroline Lucas is third on the team with 66 kills.
  • Aubrey Johnson leads the team with 141 assists and Mya Mendoza is second on the team with 113 assists. Miller leads the team with 12 service aces on the season and Johnson is second on the team with 11 aces.
  • Kayla Clayworth leads the team with 88 digs, Miller is second on the team with 84 digs and Katie Floyd is third on the team with 75 digs. Lucas leads the team with 28 blocks and Ella Curbow is second on the team with 19 blocks.
 
Mount Olive Notes:
  • Mount Olive is 2-5 overall and 1-0 in Conference Carolinas action. The Trojans are coming off a 3-2 win over Chowan on Tuesday evening.
  • This will be the Trojans first home games of the season, last year they went 10-4 inside Kornegay Arena.
  • Mount Olive is averaging 12.2 kills per set, 11.7 assists per set, 1.5 aces per set, 15.0 digs per set and 1.5 blocks per set.
  • Olivia Melvin leads the team with 88 kills, Breanna Reisinger is second on the team with 55 kills and Rachel Clark is third on the team with 45 kills.
  • Breanna Tanton leads the team with 137 assists and Lyndsay Reid is second on the team with 102 assists.
  • Caroline Sheaffer leads the team with 11 service aces and 103 digs. Melvin is second on the team with 59 digs and Kacey Gore is third on the team with 52 digs. Rachel Clark leads the team with 23 blocks and Danielle Parker is second on the team with 13 blocks.
