The Series:
This will be the 29^th meeting between Converse and North Greenville dating back to the 2009 volleyball season. The Trailblazers lead the all-time series 22-7, however, the Valkyries have won the last two meetings and eliminated the Trailblazers in the quarterfinals round of the Conference Carolinas Tournament last season.
 
Converse Notes:

• The Converse volleyball team is 4-1 overall this season with the lone blemish coming against #1 Lynn University on Friday night.
• Converse will be looking to start off 1-0 in Conference play for the third time in five years. Last season, the Valkyries started off the conference season with three consecutive wins against Chowan, Barton and Southern Wesleyan.
• Converse is averaging 12.3 kills per set, 11.6 assists per set, 2.0 aces per set, 14.9 digs per set and 1.5 blocks per set.
• Ariel Bryant leads the team with 46 kills this season, Alayah Robertson is second on the team with 42 kills and Samiya Bolton is third on the team with 41 kills.
• Alysha Arroyo leads the team with 134 assists on the season, while Bree Lyons has a team high 10 service aces.
• Noemia Chiacchio leads the team with 88 digs on the year, Lilli Redifer is second on the team with 40 digs and Lyons is third on the team with 32 digs.
• Robertson leads the team with 12 blocks on the season, Ariana Bryant is second on the team with 11 blocks and Ariel Bryant is third on the team with 7 blocks.

 
North Greenville Notes:

• North Greenville is 2-4 overall on the season and is coming off an 0-3 weekend at the USC Aiken invitational. The Trailblazers picked up losses against Augusta, Carson-Newman and USC Aiken.
• North Greenville is averaging 11.9 kills per set, 11.0 assists per set, 1.8 aces per set, 15.9 digs per set and 1.3 blocks per set.
• Samantha Ball leads the team with 66 kills, Peyton Taylor is second on the team with 54 kills and Anna Fiddelke is third on the team with 47 kills.
• Allison Ball leads the team with 167 assists, while Fiddelke has a team best 12 service aces on the year.
• Samantha Ball leads the team with 84 digs, Macie Gentry is second on the team with 74 digs and Allison Ball is third on the team with 67 digs.
• Fiddelke leads the team with 18 blocks, Reagan Funderburk is second on the team with 11 blocks and Peyton Taylor is third on the team with seven blocks.
