The Series
This will be the seventh all-time meeting between Converse and Wingate dating back to the 2022 season. This will be the second straight season the two teams have met in the postseason and the overall series is deadlocked at three wins for each team. The two teams split the regular season matchups with each team winning at home.   
 
Converse Notes
  • Converse is 8-8 overall on the season and 5-5 in South Atlantic Conference action. The Valkyries are coming off a 2-1 loss to Lincoln Memorial on Friday night.      
  • As a team the Valkyries are averaging 2.94 goals per game, 15.2 shots per game, 9.6 shots on goal per game, 2.3 assists per game, 7.1 corners per game and 4.9 saves per game.
  • Figueroa leads the team with 30 points on the season, Kilee Bradeen is second on the team with 25 points and Edith Swaan is third on the team with 16 points. 
  • Figueroa leads the team with 12 goals on the year, Bradeen is second on the team with nine goals and Swaan is third on the team with six goals.
  • Bradeen leads the team with seven assists and Figueroa is second on the team with six assists on the year.  
  • Alina Puentes has started eight games in goal for the Valkyries this season. The junior has recorded 30 saves and posted a .682 save percentage.
 
Wingate Notes
  • Wingate is 10-6 overall and 6-5 in South Atlantic Conference play this season. The Bulldogs are 6-1 at home this season.
  • Most recently, the Bulldogs are coming off a 4-0 win at Barton on Saturday afternoon. Kayleigh Haines finished with a pair of goals to lead the Bulldogs, while Laela Brown and Riley Robinson each added a goal in the win.
  • Wingate is averaging 2.19 goals per game, 12.8 shots per game, 6.3 shots on goal per game, 1.6 assists per game, 5.9 corners per game and 3.8 saves per game.
  • Laela Brown leads the team with 18 points on the season, Erika Neuhoff is second on the team with 15 points and Grace Gerner is third on the team with 13 points.
  • Neuhoff and Haines are tied for the team lead with six goals each. Brown and Gerner are tied for second on the team with five goals each.
  • Brown leads the team with eight assists on the season and Samantha Pearson is second on the team with six assists on the year.
  • Colleen Emanuele and Svenja Brandt have split time in goal this season for the Bulldogs. Both players have 29 saves on the season, while Brandt has a better save percentage at .674.
