The Series:  
This will be the 28th all-time meeting between Converse and Lees-McRae dating back to the 2009 season. The Bobcats lead the all-time series 19-8, however, Converse has won the last three meetings in the series.
 
This will be the fourth all-time meeting between Converse and Young Harris dating back to the 2022 season. Converse is 2-1 against the Mountain Lions, however, the Valkyries are 0-1 in games played at Young Harris.
 
Converse Notes:
  • The Converse volleyball team is 10-5 overall and 6-2 in Conference Carolinas action. The Valkyries are also 4-0 in the Conference Carolinas Northwest Division standings.
  • Converse is coming off a 3-0 win over Southern Wesleyan on Wednesday evening. Alayah Robertson led the team with 13 kills and Lyons finished second on the team with 12 kills.    
  • The Valkyries currently lead the conference in aces per set (2.07) and hitting percentage (.218). Converse is also second in the conference is assists per set (11.68) and kills per set (12.71).
  • Robertson currently leads the conference in hitting percentage (.453), while Noemia Chiacchio is third in the conference in total digs (288).
  • As a team the Valkyries are averaging 12.7 kills per set, 11.7 assists per set, 2.1 service aces per set, 15.5 digs per set and 1.7 blocks per set.
  • Robertson leads the team with 146 kills, Bree Lyons is second on the team with 138 kills and Ariel Bryant is third on the team with 135 kills.
  • Alysha Arroyo leads the team with 448 assists, while Chiacchio leads the team with 26 service aces.  
  • Redifer is second on the team with 119 digs, Robertson leads the team with 46 total blocks and Ariana Bryant is second on the team with 23 blocks.
 
Lees-McRae Notes:
  • Lees-McRae is 4-11 overall and 4-4 in Conference Carolinas play this season. The Bobcats are 1-9 in games played away from Banner Elk.
  • The Bobcats are coming off a 3-2 win over UNC Pembroke on Saturday afternoon. Sydney Stigler led the team with 27 kills and Addi Stables is second on the team with 24 kills.
  • Lees-McRae is averaging 11.6 kills per set, 10.8 assists per set, 1.8 aces per set, 15.1 digs per set and 1.7 blocks per set.
  • Stigler leads the team with 210 kills on the season, Rebecca Ryan is second on the team with 114 kills and Clara Duarte is third on the team with 105 kills.
  • Izadora Rosin leads the team with 497 assists, Stigler leads the team with 28 service aces and Lauren Newcomer leads the team with 193 digs. Rosin is second on the team with 157 digs and Stigler is third on the team with 110 digs.
  • Ryan has a team best 44 blocks, Clara Duarte is second on the team with 30 blocks and Peyton Volk-Tuller is third on the team with 21 blocks.  
 
Young Harris Notes:
  • Young Harris is 6-11 overall and 3-6 in Conference Carolinas action this season. The Mountain Lions are 2-2 at home this season and they have won two straight matches.
  • The Mountain Lions are coming off a 3-2 win over Erskine on Wednesday evening. Abby Schrim led the team with 18 kills and Hannah Depp finished second on the team with 11 kills.
  • Young Harris is averaging 10.9 kills per set, 9.6 assists per set, 1.8 aces per set, 16.6 digs per set and 1.4 blocks per set.
  • Abby Schrim currently leads the team with 246 kills, Hannah Depp is second on the team with 107 kills and Kathryn Urbanek is third on the team with 87 kills.
  • Lyza Thigpen leads the team with 266 assists and Linsey Burke is second on the team with 255 assists.
  • Schrim also leads the team with 230 digs, Lexie Martin is second on the team with 223 digs and Linsey Burke is third on the team with 148 digs. Kathryn Urbanek leads the team with 40 blocks and Alexa Berry is second on the team with 33 blocks.
