The Series
This will be the eighth all-time meeting between Converse and Coker dating back to the 2018 season. Coker holds a 6-1 edge in the overall series lead but the Valkyries got the better of the Cobras last season with a 3-0 win at home. Lotte Kanters, Bella Pistilli and Catalina Pistaccio all scored goals for the Valkyries in the win as they outshot Coker 19-12 on the afternoon.   
 
Converse Notes:

• Converse is 7-0 overall and 4-0 in South Atlantic Conference action this season. The Valkyries are coming off a 2-1 win over nationally ranked Newberry on Tuesday night.  
• Catalina Pistaccio found Lotte Kanters for the opening goal of the game with just two minutes to go in the first quarter. Going into halftime, the Valkyries and the Wolves were tied at one. In the third quarter Pistaccio scored on a pass from Caroline Blair for the Valkyries go ahead goal. The win also marked the Valkyries first ever win at Newberry in program history.  
• Sophomore Forward Lotte Kanters currently leads the nation in points per game (4.71) and goals per game (2.14), Catalina Pistaccio is ranked fourth in the country in points per game (2.86) and goals per game (1.14), while Luisa Fasold is third in the nation in assists per game (0.86).
• As a team the Valkyries are averaging 5.00 goals per game, 23.3 total shots per game, 14.2 shots on goal per game, and 3.57 assists per game.
• Kanters leads the team in goals (15), points (33), total shots (51), shots on goal (35) and game-winning goals (3).
• Pistaccio is second on the team in goals (8), points (20), total shots (47), shots on goal (27) and game-winning goals (3). Kilee Bradeen is third on the team with six goals this season.
• Fasold leads the team with six assists on the year, while Bradeen is second on the team with four assists.
• All four goalies have gotten to play for the Valkyries this year, with freshman Madison Shorey making a trio of saves so far. 

 
Coker Notes:

• Coker is 3-3 overall and 2-1 in South Atlantic Conference action this season. The Cobras are coming off a 1-0 win over Limestone on Saturday afternoon.
• As a team the Cobras are averaging 1.6 goals per game, 7.3 shots per game, 4.6 shots on goals per game and 1.16 assists per game.
• Kaiya Sabur leads the team in goals scored (3), points (7) and total shots (14). Kabo Britt is second on the team in goals with two and leads the team with a trio of assists on the season.
• Emma Reininga is top goalkeeper for the Cobras this season and she has made 20 saves this season.
