Converse University

2022 (Freshman): Played in five games and made three starts for Converse...Played a total of 165 minutes, made 4 saves on 7 shots and posted a .571 save percentage...Went 3-0 on the season. 

Prep: Played four years of field hockey at Belfast Area high school and played club hockey for Black Bear Elite...On the field, Shorey was a 2018 KVAC All-Rookie team member, won the coaches award in 2019, team captain and Miss Maine Field Hockey Finalist in 2021...An All-State and Academic All-State selection in 2021...A first team All-Conference selection in 2021, All-Academic All-Conference in 2021...High School MVP after the 2021 season...An NFHCA Northern New England All-Region Team Selection...A McMnally All-Star in 2022 and the McMnally All-Star North MVP...Outside of Field Hockey, Shorey was the National Honors Society Treasuer and the Class President...Shorey had High Honors all four years, 2021 DAR Good Citizen award, 2022 AP Scholar with Honor.  

Personal: Is the daughter of Sam and Belinda Shorey...has three sisters Breanna, Nicole and Morgan.
