Converse University

Skipper is in her first season coaching at Converse. 

Skipper is no stranger to the upstate of South Carolina where she played four seasons at North Greenville University. As a member of the Trailblazers volleyball team, Skipper appeared in 96 matches for a total of 270 sets played. Skipper went on to tally 694 kills, 356 digs, 84 total blocks, 38 service aces, 17 assists and 778 points. 

Skipper graduated from North Greenville University in December of 2021 with a BS in Business Administration and went back to complete her Masters in Organization Leadership in May of 2025.
