Before heading to the Sunshine State, Wylie was an assistant coach at Francis Marion University during the 2019 season. Wylie helped guide the Patriots to an overall record of 8-8-1, setting the program’s best single season mark in 11 years.

Wylie also served as an assistant coach of the men’s soccer program at his alma mater, Ottawa University from 2015-2017 while earning his master’s degree. After graduating, he also served as an assistant coach with Kaw Valley FC, a Sporting Kansas City developmental partner and USL League 2 organization in 2018. Wyle was also an assistant coach with the Neosho County Community College women’s soccer program in Chanute, Kan.
