2022-23 (Freshman): Indoor Season - At the Winston-Salem Kick-Off, finished 9th in the 800 meter event (2:43.41)...At the Gamecock Opener, set a personal record in the mile with a time of 6:01.01...At the Finn Pincus Invitational, placed 20th in the 800 meter event...At the Liberty Open, placed 46th in the 800 meter event...Outdoor Season - At the SWU Invite, Placed 24th in the 800 meter run...At the Newberry Invitational finished 19th in the 800 meter event and set a new personal record in the 1500 event with a time of 5:44.93...At the Electric City Invitational finished 33rd in the 800 meter event...At the USC Open set a new personal record in the 800 with a time of 2:36.27. Â
Prep: Graduated from Lugoff-Elgin High School where she earned 3 letters in track and field and 2 letters in cross country...Was the track and field team captain and holds the Lugoff-Elgin school record in the 800-meter dash and the 4x800-meter relay...Was also a member of the marching band, National Honors Society and National Technical Honors Society...Also ran for Team Blaze Track Club.
Personal: Daughter of John and Breanna Gallagher...Dad ran cross country at Southern Wesleyan University...Has five siblings, Kylie (16), Matthew (14), Maddie (13), Emma (10) and Bryn (5).
