Biography
2025-2026 (Freshman): In her first season at Converse, Klanderman tallied 472.85 points, ranking 11th on the table and 74th in Conference Carolinas...At the Conference Carolinas Championships finished 14th in the 200 back event, 15th in the 100 back event and 16th in the 200 IM event...At the midseason Invite, Klanderman set a new personal best in the 200 breast event (2:35.43).
Prep: Was a top-five point scorer all five years at Trinity Christian School...At the 2024 State Championships: placed 14th in the 200 IM event, 12th in the 100 breast event, and 3rd place in the 200 medley relay...Holds the 100 and 200 breaststroke record...Finished first in the medley relay at the 2024 VCAC, 2nd in the 100 breastroke event at the 2024 VCAC, and second in the 200 IM at the 2024 VCAC meet...Was an All-State and All-Conference Swimmer, while also winning the Rise Award...Competed on Centerville Swim Club, Makos, Riptide, and the Fairfax Foxes...On the club circuit, finished 16th in the 200 breastroke at PVS Junior Championships and 18th in the 400 IM at PVS Junior Championships...Outside of athletics was a member Blue Crew, Media Club, National Honors Society, Medical Youth Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, NAHS, and Student Leadership Team.
Personal: Is the daughter of Dan and Kathryn Klanderman...has two siblings Rebecca and Teresa.
