Honors: 2025 First Team All-Conference, 2024 Third Team All-Conference, 2024, 2025 CSC Academic All-District Team

2025 (Junior): Appeared and started in all 15 games for Converse this season...led the team with 33 ground balls and 27 caused turnovers...Also had 2 draw control wins and one shot this season...Her 68 career caused turnovers currently rank 6th all-time in program history. 

2024 (Sophomore): Appeared in 17 games this season and made 16 starts for the Valkyries...recorded 1 goal, 1 assist, 2 points, 2 total shots, 2 shots on goal, 31 ground balls, 27 caused turnovers (Ranks 9th in program history) and 3 draw control wins...Ranked 9th in the conference in caused turnovers per game (1.59).

2023 (Freshman) - Played and started in all 17 games for the lacrosse team during her freshman season...tallied 1 goal, 1 assists, 2 points, 4 total shots, 3 shots on goal, 1 free position goal, 26 ground balls, 14 caused turnovers and 18 draw controls. 

Prep: Competed in Field Hockey, Lacrosse and Basketball in high school...In her final two seasons on the field hockey team, Sparks recorded 10 goals and 9 assists...In lacrosse she recorded 5 goals, 6 assists, 26 ground balls, 9 draw control win and had 4 forced turnovers...Named first-team in field hockey in 2021 and was a four-time scholar athlete...played club hockey for Southern Teir Storm, Sparks recorded a pair of goals and one assist. 

Personal: Is the daughter of Jim and Brenda Sparks...has one brother named Chris....Father played soccer at Cazenovia College from 1993-1997.
