Foust is starting her second season with the Converse lacrosse team.
Last season, Foust helped the Converse lacrosse team reach the Conference Carolinas Tournament for the first time since the 2019 season. Primarily working with the draw control unit, the Valkyries led the conference in draw controls per game (14.6) during the 2023 season.
Foust played five seasons at Mars Hill and made 60 career starts for the Lions...Foust concluded her collegiate career with 154 goals, 25 assists, 179 points, 336 total shots, 267 shots on goal, 5 game-winning goals, 42 free position goals, 115 ground balls, 23 caused turnovers and 132 draw controls...During her sophomore season, Foust was named to the All-SAC Honorable Mention team.
