Prep: A four-year letter winner and Captain of the lacrosse team at Duncan U. Fletcher High School. During her junior season, Heilman finished with 13 goals, 7 assists, 42 ground balls and won 67 percent of draw controls. After the 2025 season, Heilman was named the Impact Player award by her high school, was named to the Florida Athletic Coaches Association All-State and All-State Academic Lacrosse Teams. Heilman was also named to the Times Union All-First Coast Team – Second Team and First Coast Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association First Team. Played club lacrosse for Beach Lacrosse, Thrive Lacrosse Academy, Jaws Lacrosse Club and City 2 Shore Lacrosse. Outside of lacrosse was a member of the greater Purpose Service Club, National Honor Society, American Sign Language Honor Society, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Chet’s Creek Church Youth Worship and Refuel. Won the Florida Seal of Biliteracy in American Sign Language, was a member of FHSAA Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, participated in the Jacksonville Sports Medicine Program, at the Civics Career Academy FSCJ was awarded the Civics/Public Service Leadership Badge, Civics Public Service Communication Badge and was a program challenge winner. Also, completed the Johnson & Johnson STEM2D R&D, Manufacturing and Lab Experience. Was part of the Ronald Reagan Student Leadership Program and the Young Women’s Leadership Summit.

Personal: Is the daughter of Pat and Patti Heilmann...Has two brothers named Aiden and Zac...father played lacrosse at North Florida from 1988-1992, her mother played soccer at Lenoir-Rhyne from 1993-1997, her older brother Aiden played football at Lenoir-Rhyne from 2022-2025 and her older brother Zac currently plays lacrosse for Lenoir-Rhyne.
