Biography

2024 (Freshman): Helped the Valkyries to a Runner-Up finish at the Conference Carolina Championships...At the Young Harris Opener, finished 21st overall and set a new 4K PR with a time of 17:45.8...At the Converse Kick-Off event, finished 132nd overall...At the Sand Shark Invitational, finished 31st overall and set a new 5K PR with a time of 21:08.4...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, finished 47th overall and set a new 6K PR with a time of 26:06.1. 

Prep: Was captain of both the Track and Soccer teams in high school...won the Tri-Sport Athlete Award, and also competed for Liberty LGN...Outside of athletics, was a member of the Nationa Art Honor Society, was on the honor roll through high school, won the academic achievement award, and the Certificate of Appreciation from Suffolk County Legislator Sarah Anker. 

Personal: Is the daughter of Jason Crandell and Kimberly Dellarocca...has six siblings, Paige, Kaley, Caden, Ryleigh, Dylan, and Alex.
