2021-22 (Junior): 5K Times - 19:57.2 (19th, USC Upstate Eye Opener Invitational), 25:02.9 (14th, Bulldog Stampede), 19:49.9 (Royals Challenge)...6K Times - 24:26.5 (Converse Kick-Off), 24:27.8 (15th, Conference Carolinas Cross Country Championships), 24:09.3 (NCAA Division ll Southeast Regional).

Prior to Converse: Heck competed at the NJCAA level for the Metropolitan Community College Longview...Came in 10th place at the NJCAA National in Fort Dodge, Iowa and set a personal record of 19:05 in the process...Was a three-time NJCAA Scholar All-American and earned NJCAA Athlete of the Week honors (9/7/2020)...Also earned the Pursuit of Excellence Award for Community volunteer work (May 2020). 

Honors: Third Team All-Conference.

Prep: Competed in Cross Country and Track & Field...holds the record for the Kansas City East Christian 800 meter event (2:36), second in the mile (5:44), 2nd in the 3200 meter (12:38) and second in the 5K (20:20)...Won the Homeschool National Championship in 2019 and received MVP honors...Outside of Cross Country, Heck plays the mandolin and the ukulele...Heck won an award for performance at the Kansas State Fiddling and Picking Championship. 

Personal: Daughter of Daniel and Chasity Heck...has one sibling name Rylee Heck-18.
