Biography

Shelby graduated from Chopticon High in 2019. In high school, Shelby was part of the B.E.S.T mentoring, Ascend program, Vex robotics, FCA, and N.S.B.E. At Converse, Shelby sat on the 2019-2020 Freshman Council. Shelby is the daughter of Pamela Collins-Thomas and Calvert Thomas.
