2024-25 (Junior, Catawba College): Appeared in 16 games, averaging 5.8 minutes per game and 1.2 points per game... shot 25.0% from the field... tallied a career-high 12 points in the team's Nov. 26 game at UVA Wise, going 4-7 from the field, 1-4 from beyond the arc and a perfect 3-3 from the charity stripe

2023-24 (Sophomore, Catawba): Appeared in 28 games averaging 7.8 minutes per game and 1.3 points per game... posted a career-high 29.2% shooting percentage from the floor... scored a season-high five points in the team's regular-season finale against Emory & Henry... Scored in six straight games from mid-Feabruary to early March

2022-23 (Freshman, Catawba): Appeared in 18 games and averaged 6.4 minutes per game... shot 23.3% from the field and 20.0% from beyond the arc... averaged 1.0 points per game... scored a season-high seven points against Newberry on Jan. 11

Prep: Prior to her collegiate career, Helpman was a multi-sport athlete at Swain County High School. She was a four-year letter winner for the basketball and track teams, a three-year letter winner for the volleyball team and a two-year letter winner for the soccer and softball teams. She was a four-time all-conference selection for both track and basketball, two-time all-region honoree for track and soccer. She was the Conference and Regional Player of the Year in soccer, helping guide the team to two conference championships. She also aided the track team in winning the same number of conference titles en route to two regional and two state championships. She was also a part of the team’s 4x800 state-champion relay team. Helpman was the leading scorer for both the Swain County basketball and soccer teams and served as a team captain for both and the volleyball team.
