Finished 5th in the 5000 meter (16:08.14) in the Finn Pincus Invitational... Finished 19th in the 5000 meter (16:09.55) in the 2023 Liberty Open... Finished 14th and a new PR in the 3000 meter (8:59.43), 10th in the 4x400 (3:38.56), and 7th in the DMR (10:49.12) in the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field Championships... Outdoor Season - Finished 15th and a new PR in the 5000 meter (15:56.50) and 9th in the 4x800 (8:43.60) in the Charlotte 49er Classic... Finished 12th and a new PR in the 1500 (4:16.90) and 8th in the 3000 (9:32.09) in the SWU GottaRun Invite 2023.. 2021-22 (Freshman): Finished 11th and set new school record in 4x800-meter relay at Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge (8:38.09)...Placed 5th in the 5000-meter run at the Hub City Invite (17:15.96).

Prep: Graduated from Lauren High School...Lettered in cross country and track all four years of high school...Was a part of the track team that won the County championship...Ran a 26.20 in the 8k.

Personal: Son of Alberto Rios Ramirez and Josefina Brena Moreno...Has one brother Salvador-14 and one sister Diana-20.
