2023-24 (Freshman): Indoor Season - Finished 14th in the 4x400 and 37th in the 400 at the Visit Winston-Salem College Kick-off... Finished 30th in the 400 at the Gamecock Opener 2024... Finished 20th in the 400 at the Carolina Challenge 2024... Finished 10th in the 4x400 and 42nd in the 400 at the Liberty Open... Finished 6th in the Distance Medley Relay at the Conference Carolinas Indoor Track & Field. Outdoor Season - Finished 13th in the 4x400 and 65th in the 400 at the Charlotte 49er Classic... Finished 16th in the 4x400 at the Weems Baskin Invitational 24... Finished 27th in the 400 and 52nd in the 200 at the Lee University - Fast Break Invitational... Finished 29th in the 400 and set a new PR (52.44) and 45th in the 200 and set a new PR (24.38) at the Conference Carolinas Outdoor Track & Field. 

Prep: Competed in both football and track at Boiling Springs high school....Also played club for the Greer All-Stars...Outside of athletics, Thomas was a member of Beta Club.
