2024-2025 (Sophomore): Finished 10th on the team this season and 63rd in Conference Carolinas with 544.70 points...Competed in eight meets this season for the Valkyries...At the Conference Carolinas Championships, finished 11th in both the 400 IM and the 1650 Free events...At the Centre Midseason Invitational, finished 16th in the 400 IM, 17th in the 200 back and 20th in the 200 fly events.

2023-2024 (Freshman): Began the season with a second-place finish in the 1000-yard free (10:53.38), a fourth-place finish in the 100-yard back (1:00.51), and helped the 200 free relay team B to a third-place finish… In the second meet of the season against Barton, Lyzhin had a second-place finish in the 200-yard back (2:06.80), a third-place finish in the 1000-yard free (11:00.03), and a fourth-place finish in the 400 IM (4:45.47)... At the second meet against King, Lyzhin had a pair of second-place finishes in the 200-yard back (2:12.26) and the 200-yard fly (2:15.27), had a fourth-place finish in the 400 IM (4:49.82), and helped the 200 medley relay team A to a second-place finish… On day one of the mid-season Invitational, Lyzhin helped the 400 medley relay team A to a ninth-place finish… On day two of the mid-season Invitational, Lyzhin helped the 800 free relay team B to a ninth-place finish… On the final day of the mid-season Invitational, Lyzhin had a third-place finish in the 400 IM (4:34.76)SB, had a sixth-place finish in the 1650-yard free (17:36.48), had a 15th-place finish in the 500-yard free (5:09.47)SB, and helped the 400 free relay team B to an 11th-place finish… On day one of the first tri-meet of the season against Lenoir-Rhyne & Wheeling University, Lyzhin had a second-place finish in the 1650-yard free (18:30.66), a pair of fourth-place finishes in the 50-yard back (28.81) and the 400 IM (4:43.67), and helped the 200 medley relay team A to a fifth-place finish... On day two of the first tri-meet of the season against Lenoir-Rhyne & Wheeling University, Lyzhin had a pair of second-place finishes in the 200-yard back (2:14.60) and the 200-yard fly (2:10.89)SB, had a fourth-place finish in the 200 IM (2:14.07), and helped the 400 medley relay team A to a sixth-place finish… In the final home meet of the season, Lyzhin had a second-place finish in the 100-yard breast (1:11.94)PB, a third-place finish in the 100-yard fly (1:00.55)SB, helped the 200 medley relay team A to a first-place finish, and helped the 200 free relay team B to a first-place finish... On day one of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Lyzhin helped the 200 medley relay team A to a seventh-place finish… On day two of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Lyzhin helped the 200 free relay team B to a ninth-place finish… On day three of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Lyzhin helped the 400 medley relay team A to an eighth-place finish… On day four of the Conference Carolinas Championships, Lyzhin had a sixth-place finish in the 1650-yard free (17:12.50)PB, had a tenth-place finish in the 1000-yard free (10:25.35)SB, finished 12th-place in the 400 IM (4:32.70)SB, and helped the 400 free relay team B to a tenth-place finish…

Prep: Competed for Kingwood High School...Also, competed for Blue Tide Aquatics and Grande Prairie Piranhas swim teams...In the Senior Gulf Championship, won the 400 IM relay, finished second in the 500 free and third in the 1,000 free...Was a TISCA finalist in the 500 yard free event...At the Summer Gulf Championships, won the 200 LCM Back, finished second in the 400 LCM IM and in the 100 Back...Alberta (Canada) Provincial Champion in swimming in the 200 and 400 free...IN the ASSA Alberta Summer Games, picked up silver medals in the 400 and 800 meter races...For the Grande Prairie Piranhas set club records in the 200 meter free, the 50 meter back, 100 meter back and the 200 meter back events for Youth...Set the adult club record in the 100 and 200 meter back events...Named Best Male Swimmer of Region A  ASSA Youth organization.
